Are you passionate about providing exceptional care to animals? Do you have a knack for creating a safe and enjoyable environment for dogs? We are seeking a skilled Pet Care Specialist to join our team as a Guardian.

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with animals, have strong observation skills, and can provide excellent customer service. As a Guardian, you will be responsible for monitoring playgroups, engaging with dogs through interactive activities, providing basic grooming services, administering meals and medications, conducting health checks, maintaining cleanliness of the facility, and assisting in the check-in and check-out process.

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in animal care or a similar field, a strong understanding of canine behavior and body language, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and supervise playgroups to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all dogs.
  • Engage with dogs through interactive activities and walks to promote physical and mental stimulation.
  • Provide basic grooming services such as bathing and brushing to maintain the cleanliness and health of each dog.
  • Administer meals and medications as per specific instructions provided.
  • Conduct regular health checks to identify signs of illness or distress and report any concerns to management.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the facility by disinfecting play areas, kennels, and equipment.
  • Assist in the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accurate records of attendance, health updates, and owner communication.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience in animal care or a similar field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of canine behavior and body language, particularly stress signals and comfort techniques.
  • Excellent observation skills to detect any signs of distress or illness in dogs.
  • Ability to handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments safely and confidently.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Passionate about providing high-quality care to animals.
