National Sales Director

As a National Sales Director at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the territory and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strong sales strategy to achieve new business growth and meet KPIs.
- Generate and qualify opportunities for sales and identify new business growth prospects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including inside sales and marketing, to engage prospects and build strong professional relationships with existing customers.
- Deliver revenue accountability through pipeline creation, progression, and timely closure, working closely with managers and cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of closing new business deals and growing accounts.
- A self-starter who can generate leads, establish a structured sales methodology, and provide accurate forecasts and pipeline updates to stakeholders.
- Prior experience selling CEO-level software solutions is essential.
- Ability to work with all levels of professionals within a business, including key decision-makers like owners, CEOs, directors, business managers, IT managers, and solution architects.
