We are seeking a skilled Home Appliance Sales Expert to join our team.

Job Opportunity:

A sales professional is required to drive business growth and expansion in the home appliance market.

Job Description:

  • Develop and cultivate business relationships with key customers and stakeholders to achieve sales, market share, and profit targets.
  • Plan, implement, and execute business strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Prepare comprehensive business performance reports, including sales and inventory status and control.
  • Manage dealers' inventory through effective sell-out activities.
  • Manage promoters' targets, deployment, and sell-out achievement.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and retail outlets to enhance dealer loyalty.
  • Manage customers' accounts receivable and payable.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned to support the operation of the business.
  • Communicate monthly sales targets to individual promoters.
  • Support promoters' leave applications and update HR Department.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing monthly reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum Diploma holder with prior experience in channel sales, preferably with 1-2 years of experience in sales within consumer products.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential skills for success in this position include CRM, Market Research, Sales, Inventory, and Consumer Products.
