Our team is seeking a strategic communications professional to provide expert support and guidance to internal stakeholders. This role involves crafting and editing compelling content, overseeing organizational initiatives, and executing impactful campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies that align with business objectives.
- Craft and edit high-quality content for various channels, including internal platforms and social media.
- Plan and execute campaigns that highlight organizational milestones, programs, and innovations.
- Support crisis and issues communications by developing response materials and participating in preparedness exercises.
- Drive employee engagement through effective communication plans that strengthen organizational culture and values.
- Monitor communication outcomes and stakeholder feedback to recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism.
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications within the healthcare sector.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in managing multiple communication channels, including internal platforms and social media.
- Able to work collaboratively across teams and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
