This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide administrative support to our estate management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Phone Call Management: Handle phone calls from property owners, responding to queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Filing System Maintenance: Establish and maintain a proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration of the estate.
- Contractor Coordination: Assist contractors with inquiries on payment, quotation, and job arrangement.
- Billing and Notification: Handle maintenance fee billing to residents and issue maintenance notices/ reminders as needed.
- Accounts Support: Assist with MCST accounts by data key-in of receipts and payments.
- Banking Administration: Attend to weekly banking-related purposes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software.
