Workplace Experience Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic thinker to lead the development of a productive and engaging remote workplace experience for our team members. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to independently manage local office operations, plan and manage workplace needs, and optimize the workspace to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end office operations for assigned regions, including vendor management, facility upkeep, and procurement of office supplies and equipment
  • Plan and manage workplace needs, including office space planning, lease term review, and rental negotiations in collaboration with finance and legal teams
Requirements:
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
