Financial Reporting Specialist

This position requires a professional to oversee the preparation and distribution of internal financial statements and reports, ensuring the highest quality, reliability, and accuracy. The individual will analyze all financial reports and assist in process improvements, review earning releases, administer investor presentations, and ensure script accuracy.
">The Financial Reporting Specialist will coordinate with various teams to perform complex analysis and prepare reports summarizing financial data. This includes managing monthly closing processes, reconciliations, and related account analysis. They will also coordinate annual audits with independent auditors, prepare recurring financial reporting packages, and draft reports to ensure compliance with all reporting requirements.
">In this role, you will develop and maintain the integrity of the financial reporting process and financial controls. You will also coordinate, develop, and update written policies and procedures for the financial reporting process. Additionally, you will prepare and interpret operating results for management reports, maintain internal controls over financial reporting, and develop supporting documents for all financial reports.

">Requirements">To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Experience with financial reporting and knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP accounting is essential. A strong understanding of internal controls and Oracle knowledge is preferred.
