Job Title: Coffee Service Crew

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Coffee Service Crew to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers with a smile, learning their names, and serving them efficiently.
  • Sell and serve drink and food items to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Educate customers about our premium coffees and beverages by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu.
  • Answer customer questions regarding coffee, drinks preparation, and product freshness.
  • Prepare and sell coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for espresso-based drinks;
  • Maintain inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply, maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies, specialty drinks for coffee bar;
  • Perform data entry of stock inventories in a timely manner;
  • Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, calling for repairs;
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following organisation standards and sanitation regulations;
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities such as retail trade and food service publications;
  • Provide training to staff in accordance to company training guide and manuals
Requirements:
  • Possess basic hygiene course certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service focused and solution-oriented.
  • Maintain positive company morale and professional attitude.
  • Punctual and responsible.
  • Desire to constantly learn and grow professionally.
  • Must be able to work overtime, as needed.
  • Must be able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Must be able to travel to work overseas if required.
  • Must maintain personal hygiene at all times.
