Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Engineer to join our team at JARDINE ENGINEERING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and maintenance of M&E facilities in a Grade A commercial building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management Services: Provide M&E support to the building, including maintenance and repair of systems and equipment.
  • Contractor Supervision: Assist in the supervision of contractors in planning, coordination, and execution of corrective, preventive maintenance, integrated system tests, and annual building shutdown activities.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assist in the preparation of regular reports for internal and external customers, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Cost Management: Assist in cost management and price negotiation with vendors.
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Support in other ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or Facilities Management or its equivalent.
  • Certification: Certified Senior Fire Safety Manager will be considered a priority.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in Facility Building Maintenance services, ACMV equipment/chillers.
  • Skills: Knowledge in BMS or M&E infrastructure will be an advantage. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Additional Requirements: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Shift work required (3 rotating shifts). Only Singaporeans may apply.
