**Airport Operations Supervisor Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Airport Operations Supervisor to oversee the airport baggage system and ensure its smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the airport baggage system operates normally and efficiently.
  2. Monitor the system for faults and issues in the flow of baggage.
  3. Oversee technicians and ensure they perform their duties properly.
  4. Respond promptly to all faults by sending technicians to attend to them.
  5. Divert baggage during breakdowns to maintain uninterrupted flow.
  6. Provide regular updates to the Shift Engineer on all system-related issues.
  7. Ensure personnel are dispatched promptly to ensure quick recovery from breakdowns.
  8. Complete the CM/PM Schedule as scheduled.
  9. Ensure equipment/tools are regularly checked/calibrated/validation for safe use by technicians.
  10. Provide support to the Shift Engineer during system troubleshooting/updates.
  11. Assist management in report submission and data analysis/statistics.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Knowledge of SCADA is an advantage but not necessary as training will be provided.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Words).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work in rotating 3 shifts.
  • Able to OT whenever required.
  • Candidates with Class 3 driving license is an advantage but not necessary.
  • Candidates with strong willingness to learn is preferred.
  • Applications for airport pass will be screened by the Airport Police Division.
