Job Title: Airport Operations Coordinator
Description:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Airport Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of airport activities, including preparing and conducting deliveries to vessels, handling delivery documents, customs permits, and cash collection.
Responsibilities:- Deliveries and Logistics: Prepare and conduct deliveries to vessels, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.
- Document Handling: Accurately handle delivery documents, customs permits, and cash collection, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Qualifications: Minimum N/O level, Class 3 and 4 driving licenses advantageous, good command of English, and ability to work in a team.
- Skills: Cash collection, Class 4 Driving License, fit, Class 3 License, handling deliveries, out-of-hours support, Class 4 License, swimming, working with a team, Driving License, Class 3 Driving License, communication skills, wellbeing, forklift, English language skills, and able to work independently.
