Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to provide high-quality analysis, reporting, and coordination across business units and regions to support the global procurement commodity risk management framework.

This specialist plays a critical part in ensuring that data, risk exposures, and hedge strategies are accurately tracked, aligned, and reported consistently across the group.

The role requires collaboration with internal procurement and treasury teams as well as external supply base to identify new commodity exposures and expand commodity risk management across the group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze commodity exposure data across business units and regions
  • Ensure alignment of risk methodologies, assumptions, and reporting standards globally
  • Collaborate with regional procurement, treasury, and finance teams to gather insights and support local execution of risk processes
  • Engage with key suppliers on projects to improve transparency, risk-sharing mechanisms, and data accuracy
  • Support internal controls, hedge documentation, and compliance with procurement risk policies
  • Prepare regular dashboards and reports on risk positions, hedging status, and market trends
  • Assist in continuous improvement of risk tools, templates, and systems
  • Act as a point of contact for regional teams on operational aspects of commodity risk management
  • Create strategic data-driven insights for Procurement in the area of commodity risk management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • University degree, preferably in a business-related field (bachelor's degree preferred) and/or linked to quant finance or coding
  • Proficiency in English
  • 5 years of professional experience, preferably linked to commodity markets
  • Experience in a multinational company is an advantage
  • Strong Excel and data visualization skills
  • Familiarity with risk management systems (e.g., CTRM, TMS)
