Job Description:

The position involves supervising the construction of civil and structural works in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and regulations. The candidate will oversee all aspects of construction, including record-keeping, attending meetings, coordinating contractors' work, and ensuring quality assurance.

Responsibilities:
  • To provide standing supervision for the construction of civil and structural works
  • Oversight of all aspects relating to construction, including record-keeping and coordination
  • Ensuring quality assurance and adherence to contract specifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Candidate must possess a civil and structural engineering background with experience in supervising midrise structure projects. They should also have knowledge of contiguous bored pile (CBP), precast, steel, ERSS, piling, and associated construction works.

About You / Qualifications:

Candidate must be a registered Resident Technical Officer with IES and hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant qualifications. At least 10 years of site supervisory experience in educational institutional, commercial, or related projects are required.
