Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior L2 Production Support Analyst. This role will involve working closely with the development team to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our client's banking applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing system health checks, supporting application recovery, and handling production-related tasks. They will also work collaboratively with other teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

Requirements
  • Singaporean citizenship or residency
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Linux
  • Intermediate knowledge of IT concepts
  • Ability to commit to shift work, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Preferably with experience in IT, preferably in application support or development
