Technical Maintenance Manager

In this role, you will lead the technical service delivery team to ensure that all elevators and escalators operate with minimal downtime and maximum reliability.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues, including equipment defects, breakdowns, and performance anomalies.
  • Oversee and manage replacement and conversion works to ensure equipment is upgraded or restored to optimal condition.
  • Collaborate with teams to address recurring technical challenges and implement long-term solutions.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery across all maintenance activities.
  • Monitor equipment performance metrics and proactively address potential issues before they escalate.
  • Implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to reduce breakdowns and entrapments.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of concerns.
  • Conduct regular audits and service reviews to maintain transparency and trust.
  • Provide technical consultation and recommendations to improve equipment performance and lifecycle.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of technicians to enhance their technical skills and service mindset.
  • Prepare and submit detailed breakdown and entrapment reports as required by clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
