Elevator Quality Assurance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Elevator Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. As an Elevator Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and technical standards of newly installed and in-service elevator systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality assurance inspections on newly installed and in-service elevator systems
  • Assist senior engineers with technical investigations and quality checks
  • Respond promptly to safety or performance-related breakdowns
  • Plan and implement improvements to enhance system reliability
  • Investigate technical faults and submit findings with recommendations
  • Participate in calibration activities when required
  • Provide guidance to junior technicians and support training efforts
  • Carry out ad hoc duties to support team objectives
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in lift maintenance, elevator servicing, or related building systems
  • Certification: Triple E Certification is an advantage
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of elevator systems and QA/inspection practices
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Transport: Owns a motorbike and valid license preferred; public transport users with relevant experience may also be considered
  • Attributes: Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Career Path: Clear pathway to Senior Technician, Supervisor, or Engineering roles
