Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven team member to join our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and being an ambassador for the brand.

As a Nike Direct Athlete, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to consumers, building authentic connections, and inspiring emotional connections with the brand. You will also assist in executing daily retail operations, develop positive relationships with consumers and teammates, and be an active member of the store community.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to perform basic math functions, and have physical stamina to work varied hours and days. One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
  • Build authentic connections with consumers and inspire emotional connections with the brand.
  • Assist in executing daily retail operations, including visual presentation, stockroom, and cash handling.
  • Develop positive relationships with consumers and teammates.
  • Be an active member of the store community and participate in events.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to perform basic math functions.
  • Physical stamina to work varied hours and days.
  • One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience (preferred).
