Civil Engineer Project ManagerThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires expertise in civil engineering to lead the design of structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building structure design, including detailed structural framing plans, and experience in undertaking geotechnical design responsibilities.The successful candidate will supervise and mentor supporting design engineers and oversee drafting engineers to ensure high-quality drawings align with project specifications.To achieve project success, you will strategically plan and schedule various scopes of work, including design, drawing production, authority submissions, and construction support.
  • Lead the design of structures
  • Provide assistance in building structure design, including detailed structural framing plans
  • Undertake geotechnical design responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor supporting design engineers
  • Oversight of drafting engineers to ensure high-quality drawings
  • Strategic planning and scheduling of various scopes of work
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
  • Experience in concrete and steel structures design, and temporary works design
  • Thorough knowledge of local codes of practice and regulations required for submissions to authorities
  • Strong proficiency in essential structural design software, including ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP 2000, and MIDAS
