Lead Clinical Informatics Project Manager Role

This is a key leadership position within our Medical Informatics Office, focusing on the implementation and adoption of the Next Generation Electronic Medical Records (NGEMR) system.

You will work closely with clinical, IT, and operational stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and end-user readiness across all institutions and departments.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the assignment of analysts to support application leads.
  • Act as a liaison between teams to define project scope, training objectives, and measurable deliverables.
  • Design, develop, and manage comprehensive training programs to ensure end-user readiness.
  • Plan, schedule, and deliver training initiatives in alignment with project timelines and organizational priorities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 8 years of relevant experience in clinical information systems, IT project management, and preferably in a healthcare environment, including at least 4 years of managerial/supervisory experience.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and project coordination.
  • Certification in Epic Electronic Medical Record system application is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
