Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Novo Recruitment Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the APAC region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop customized value propositions.
  • Track sales progress and analyze market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless sales processes.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in the maritime industry, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with client relationship management systems and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Fluency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
