Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate customs declarations for final delivery to consignee within specified/agreed timeframe.
  • Follow up on inbound shipments and ensure timely delivery to consignee.
  • Monitor flight/vessel arrivals and provide timely feedback on arrival information to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with Pharmaceutical & Healthcare requirements as per GDP/GDPMDS regulations and directives.
  • Report discrepancies related to shipment to customers and origin offices promptly.
  • Complete customs competency test and file for customs entry whenever necessary/required.
  • Ensure all paperwork is in proper order that meets customer profile and complies with local rules and regulations.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Achieve 100% customer satisfaction at all times through understanding customers' needs and handling requirements.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with Singapore Customs/Competent Authorities rules and regulations.
Requirements
  • Good working knowledge in computer software applications including E-Mail, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills with a good command of written and spoken English.
  • Tertiary education with 1 year working experience. Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
