Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Jobscentral. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end order processing, including delivery process management.

About the Role:
- Manage order fulfillments, including into SG warehouses.
- Monitor all shipments, including inbound shipment and coordinate system posting into SAP.
- Obtain shipping approvals from customers and release shipping instructions to 3PL Global warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with 3PL warehouses and forwarders on shipping arrangement and resolve shipping issues.
- Identify and report shipments that are at risk/potentially drop out in revenue to Channel Sales Manager and Direct Manager.
- Work closely with customs brokers to facilitate smooth customs clearance process.

Requirements:
- Diploma and above in Business Management or related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years working experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain function.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word and Excel).
- SAP experience in Sales & Distribution module and Order-to-Cash is required.
