Role Description

This Senior Executive/Assistant Manager position supports the strategy and implementation operations for the National University Centre for Women & Children (NUWoC) Division of Community Family and Child Health (CFCH) in enhancing family and child health in the western cluster in Singapore.


Responsibilities
  1. Develop a comprehensive family and child health strategy for the western cluster in collaboration with Ministries, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  2. Design and implement effective interventions or quality improvement initiatives to enhance family and child health in the western cluster.
  3. Drive program operations and administration, including secretariat support, funding administration, recruitment, and workflow setup.
  4. Conduct timely and effective evaluation efforts to ensure program excellence.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business and healthcare-related disciplines, preferably public health.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a healthcare setting and/or sector development, program management.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, driving program and operational excellence.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and change management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and databases (Tableau).
