Job Title: IT Solutions Manager

As an IT Solutions Manager, you will lead the automation and digital transformation initiatives in our organization. You will analyze current manual processes, design efficient workflow solutions using advanced tools, and implement automations across various departments.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze current IT processes and design automation solutions using advanced tools.
  2. Identify and implement automation opportunities across multiple systems and infrastructure.
  3. Create detailed workflow designs and configure workflows using triggers, actions, conditions, and integrations.
  4. Collaborate with development teams to test, deploy, and optimize workflows across environments.
  5. Integrate third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and manage secure data exchange.
  6. Ensure workflows meet performance, security, compliance, and audit requirements.
  7. Lead user acceptance testing, regression testing, and stakeholder sign-offs.
  8. Maintain documentation and provide training and ongoing workflow support.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  2. 3 to 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years working with advanced workflow development tools.
  3. Solid understanding of ITSM operations, particularly in multilingual enterprise environments.
  4. Fluency in English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
  5. Knowledge of REST APIs, scripting languages, and JSON/XML integrations.
  6. Familiarity with ITIL practices and Agile methodologies.
  7. Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git.
  8. Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
