- Develop experience architecture across flows, including onboarding, card use, transfers, and KYC.
- Adapt UX to different user modes and decision points, ensuring a seamless user journey.
- Plan and lead research initiatives, defining metrics for success such as drop-offs and completion rates.
- Write clear, human in-app copy, including tooltips, error states, and onboarding tips.
- Mentor UI designers to elevate UX thinking across the team.

Requirements:
- At least 7 years of UX design experience, preferably in consumer fintech or digital banking.
- Proven success designing and shipping full user journeys in 0→1 or early-stage products.
- Strong research, writing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinking balanced with a hands-on, iterative mindset.
- Experience mentoring or leading other designers.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on user experience.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in DeFi, digital wallets, or exchanges.
- Familiarity with crypto/Web3 UX, including wallets, bridging, and gas fees.
