UI/UX Designer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative UI/UX designer to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create user-centered designs based on business requirements, user feedback, and research.
  • Design intuitive and engaging UI elements and components.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure proper design implementation.
  • Create compelling visual assets for digital and print media.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables.
  • Design infographics and data visualizations for clear communication of complex information.
  • Optimize graphics for various platforms and devices.
  • Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce engaging video content.
  • Create motion graphics and animations for digital platforms.
  • Edit video footage and incorporate sound design.
  • Evaluate videos against quality standards and align them with brand guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphics design.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX, graphics, and video design/editing work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
