Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales targets and achieve campaign KPIs encompassing sales targets, call quality, and operational standards.
  • Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products, demonstrating clear product knowledge and providing references to both existing and prospective customers.
  • Identify and seize opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional insurance products during customer interactions.
  • Convert leads into sales through effective telemarketing strategies and activities.
  • Ensure all call activities adhere fully to regulatory requirements and Quality Assurance standards.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer information in the database to facilitate effective sales and customer service processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Certificate in General Insurance (BCP/PGI/HI).
  • Experience in telesales.
  • Good product knowledge of GI personal lines products.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with maturity and confidence.
  • Resilient and motivated to overcome objections and handle rejections effectively.
