  • Provide customer assistance via telephone, live chat, email, and in-person support.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of technical challenges and errors.
  • Translate advanced technical details into simple explanations for end-users.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex incidents and implement new product offerings.
  • Commit to continuous professional growth, focusing on emerging trends and innovations in IT security solutions.
  • Perform additional tasks or responsibilities as required by the business.

 

Requirements
  • Possess a Diploma or Higher Nitec in IT or a related field.
  • Be open to entry-level candidates; comprehensive training will be offered.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Self-driven, quick to pick up new skills, and enthusiastic about learning emerging technologies and product solutions.
