  • Coordinate OS and DB patching in lower environments to ensure seamless deployment in production.
  • Implement expertise in middleware concepts, including Apache, WebLogic, SSL, SSH, SFTP, and databases.
  • Troubleshoot BAU issues, provide workarounds, and implement permanent solutions.
  • Design, develop, and unit test AML system changes and production fixes.
  • Manage and collaborate with vendor teams to deliver enhancements for AML systems.
  • Coordinate and plan with infrastructure and change management teams for application deployment activities in DevOps environments.
  • Effect system changes into test and production environments using Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Aldon change management tools.
  • Conduct technical delivery and process knowledge sharing/training sessions with internal teams to enhance their competency levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience in delivering system enhancements in the banking industry.
  • Hands-on experience in design and configurations/development work.
  • In-depth knowledge of infrastructure services, middleware concepts, and databases.
  • Ability to understand SLA/KPIs and deliver items within correct time frames.
  • Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL design and development skills.
  • Ability to interact and manage vendors effectively.
  • Working experience with AML applications or Linux environment background is desirable.
