Occupational Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing top-notch care services. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for helping others achieve optimal independence.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy programs to improve or maintain residents' abilities to perform self-care, work, leisure activities, and meaningful life roles.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and monitoring of treatment progress to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Train and supervise occupational therapy students, assistants, and junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in rehab services, nursing homes, or hospitals.
  • Current registration as a therapist with the Singapore Allied Health Professional Council is preferred.
