Job Title: Branch Support Associate

 

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Branch Support Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent service to our clients and contributing to the success of our business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

As a Branch Support Associate, you will be responsible for attending to walk-in customers, handling over-the-counter transactions efficiently and accurately, and assisting with customer inquiries. You will also play a key role in promoting our products and services, educating customers about our digital platform, and driving service excellence in areas such as customer satisfaction, problem resolution, and feedback escalation.

 

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to cope with large crowds and high-pressure situations
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or sales environments

 

Benefits:
