This role plays a key part in developing and optimizing Plasma-Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PCVD) processes for advanced semiconductor manufacturing. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and resolve technical issues.

  • Develop, optimize, and sustain PCVD metals deposition processes to ensure high yield and manufacturability.
  • Collaborate with equipment, integration, and R&D teams to drive process enhancements and resolve technical issues.
  • Analyze process data, inline metrology, and defect trends to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure process stability.
  • Use structured problem-solving methodologies like DOE, SPC, and FMEA to resolve yield and performance issues.
