Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Analytics Strategist to join our team at Helius. As a key member of our data scientist team, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction of our digital business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and interpret click path and purchase data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for improving customer experience across digital touchpoints.
  • Implement analytics tracking tags using tag management tools and collaborate with marketing teams, web developers, operations, and product owners to ensure they have a clear understanding of user engagement with our platform.
  • Generate recurring reports and perform ad-hoc analyses to monitor the digital user experience and answer business questions.
  • Consolidate, investigate, and analyze digital usage analytics to identify trends and create data-driven insights about visitor behavior.
  • Manage the collection, measurement, reporting, and analysis of web behavioral data across multiple platforms.
  • Disseminate relevant web analytics data throughout the organization and champion data-driven decision making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, computer science, or a quantitative field such as statistics, data science, or mathematics.
  • Experience in data analytics using web analytical tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Matomo, Mixpanel, or Adobe Analytics.
  • Good understanding of web analytics basics including tags, cookies, variables, and data layer.
  • Experience with cross-channel and cross-domain data analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
