Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff; conduct training and performance evaluations.

  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to support smooth supply chain operations.
  • Maintain warehouse layout and ensure proper use of storage space and equipment.
  • Implement cost-effective practices to improve efficiency and reduce operational expenses.
  • Generate regular reports on inventory, productivity, and performance metrics.
  • Handle escalations, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management software.
