Business Process Improvement Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding and analyzing business process requirements and identifying appropriate solutions to meet unmet needs.
In this dynamic position, you will engage with various stakeholders to identify and define scope for continuous improvement initiatives and assist or lead those initiatives to improve efficiency of processes and systems.
You will work closely with Digital Solution Areas to determine solution fit within current and future systems portfolio to improve business processes. Your expertise will be essential in proposing system and/or process and/or data/configuration changes to increase business and systems operational efficiency.
We require candidates with a Bachelor of Science or related Business/Technical field degree and minimum of 3-5 years' experience in information technology systems and/or infrastructure with minimum of 1-3 years related experience in the pharmaceutical or fine chemical industry.
Your skill set must include demonstrated capability to communicate effectively; embrace diversity; influence stakeholders and build business partnerships to deliver results. Familiarity with Project Management methodologies (i.e., PMI), Software Development Life Cycle methodologies, Continuous Improvement methodologies (i.e., Six Sigma certified) and Management of IT infrastructure (i.e., ITIL certified) is also essential.
