Job Title: Store Operations Assistant

Job Description:

The Store Operations Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the store. This includes assisting the Store Supervisor in overseeing salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees, while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key responsibilities include arranging products according to the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method to ensure they remain within their shelf life, achieving sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as per company guidelines, and coordinating sufficient stock levels.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in retail, with strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant disposition. They should be able to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays, with a 5.5-day average workweek.
