**Responsibilities**:

- Customer Service:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering their inquiries.
- Provide product recommendations and offer assistance in decision-making.
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Stock Management:

- Receive and unpack merchandise shipments.
- Check product quality and ensure accurate quantity received.
- Arrange products on shelves and maintain attractive displays.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in stock replenishment.
- Store Operations Support:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store premises.
- Ensure proper pricing and labeling of products.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures as needed.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and targets.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.
- Support fellow team members in various store tasks.
- Share feedback and suggestions to improve store operations.
- Contribute to a positive and cohesive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
- Basic computer skills for operating cash registers and inventory systems.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy items.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
