User Services Manager Position Summary
Nanyang Technological University seeks an accomplished and results-driven User Services Manager to spearhead library operations and drive strategic initiatives. Primary Responsibilities
  • Direct Service Desk activities in alignment with NTU Library's service excellence objectives.
  • Oversee collection maintenance activities for seamless resource access.
  • Maximise the functionality of the Alma Library Management System.
  • Analyse existing processes to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Develop training programs for Student Assistants on library procedures.
  • Review and optimise library spaces for better user experiences.
  • Solve technical issues related to library equipment.
  • Leverage innovation-driven approaches to propel service and space transformations.
  • Execute administrative tasks such as staff scheduling and financial tracking.
  • Ensure timely provision of data and insights to inform management decisions.
