Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate.

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional service at all times.
  • Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, handling transactions with precision and attention to detail.
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, restocking shelves as needed and monitoring stock to prevent overstocking or understocking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, adhering to safety protocols and security measures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably in the convenience store or minimart industry.
