Job Description

The Service Crew is a vital part of our retail team. As a Service Crew member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personalized service to every customer that walks through the door.
  • Informing customers of current and upcoming promotions to drive sales.
  • Preparing food and beverage orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assisting the kitchen crew as needed to maintain a smooth operation.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the store at all times, including food preparation areas and housekeeping duties.
