Job Title: SAP SF Employee Central & Time Off Lead

The role of a SAP SF Employee Central & Time Off Lead involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective system designs within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.

Skills and Qualifications
  • A deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices is crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.
  • Guiding projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery, and providing expert guidance to our clients is key.
  • Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions within the SuccessFactors system.

Benefits

We are looking for a candidate who can work independently as part of multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors Time Management / SAP HXM solutions to customers. The ideal candidate should have an educational background of Any Graduate and a minimum of 8 years of experience.

Candidates will be responsible for guiding customers on SAP Best Practices for quick wins, leading and conducting Requirement Gathering Workshops & Trainings, and leading customer stakeholders in their Digital journey with comprehensive knowledge across the SAP Solution portfolio.

The role involves managing SAP SuccessFactors projects to ensure timely delivery, identifying integration issues, and developing solutions to these issues.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions within the SuccessFactors system.
  2. Translate business requirements into comprehensive system design specifications.
  3. Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
  4. Develop and deliver training materials to end-users on system functionality and best practices.
  5. Advise on business process improvement for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central enablement initiatives.
  6. Interact with clients to understand the business requirements for blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements.
  7. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements.
  8. Manage SAP SuccessFactors projects to ensure timely delivery.
  9. Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues.
  10. Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module to optimize HR processes, especially in the Time Tracking area.
