Job Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers through various communication channels to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Updating inventory records to ensure accurate product availability and efficient stock management.
  • Providing after-sales service, including follow-up with customers, soliciting feedback, and offering promotional codes to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Conducting daily stock counts to maintain accurate inventory levels and prevent stock discrepancies.

  • Generating revenue growth by offering sound recommendations and suggestions to customers.
  • Performing other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
  • Collaborating with operations to ensure a smooth and efficient fulfillment process.
  • Prospecting and promoting jewellery products and services to customers in-store and online.
  • Attending to customers' queries in-store and online, providing solutions and support as needed.
  • Being self-motivated and driven to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintaining merchandise and displays in a consistently well-presented and attractive manner.Job Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or jewellery environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
    • Ability to handle complaints and feedback in a competent and empathetic manner.
    • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
    • Positive work attitude and ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
    • Good spoken English, Mandarin, Bahasa, and another language to communicate with clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
    • Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
