Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Education Director for our Student Care programme. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the centre, including staff management, curriculum development, and community engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance the academic performance of our students;
- Lead a team of teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs;
- Maintain strong relationships with parents and stakeholders through regular communication and updates;
- Evaluate and improve staff classroom management skills to ensure a conducive learning environment;
- Counsel students with behavioural or disciplinary issues in a fair and empathetic manner;
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management to track progress and identify areas for improvement;
- Organise yearly events and activities that promote socialisation and character development among our students.
Requirements:
- A minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g., education, child development);
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a student care setting;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines and priorities;
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of SGD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience;
