Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Create and implement comprehensive training programs on customer service, product knowledge, and brand values to ensure employees provide an outstanding customer experience.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
