HGV Driver

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) driver to join our team. As an HGV driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently from one location to another.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Operating an HGV for delivery and collection of chemicals and related products;
  • Following scheduled delivery routes and timelines to ensure timely delivery;
  • Complying with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and environmental regulations relating to the handling of chemicals;
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicle and ensuring it is in proper working condition;
  • Ensuring proper documentation is maintained for all deliveries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Class 4 driving license;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Familiarity with HGV operations and safety procedures.
