Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for creating a positive impression and setting the tone for a successful experience.

Job Description:

  • Greet and welcome customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage the Sales Executive queue system to ensure efficient customer service
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to general inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
  • Provide refreshments to customers and ensure a pleasant experience
  • Support administrative tasks and other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification
  • At least 1 year of front desk or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
