Key Responsibilities:
- To generate sales leads and opportunities for a key stakeholder in the lead generation process.
- Qualify potential customers/leads effectively to drive engagement and secure appointments with our sales team.
- Communicate the value proposition of our products and services with home buyers/sellers, and proactively drive cross selling and upselling.
- Handle inbound/outbound inquiries from various channels, including messaging systems and phone calls.
- Act as the voice of the customer, channeling feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for assigned consultants to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage multiple communication threads on messaging systems.
- Monitor CRM systems to ensure accurate customer data.
- Implement process improvements across the organization as an active team member.
- Track dashboards and prepare operational reports.
- Promote process improvements, analytics, and measurable KPIs to enhance customer service and operations.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Manager.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Maintain positive work ethics and manage own time effectively.
- Take ownership of work assignments and commit to accomplishing tasks on time with quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Fluency in English is required, with Mandarin knowledge being an additional plus.
- Comfortable working with technology and proficient in Google Suite/hubspot.
- Ability to multitask effectively and maintain attention to detail.
- CAN-DO attitude and problem-solving skills are necessary.
- A team player with a strong interest in working with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Customer-centric approach is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, pre-sales, receptionist, bank teller, or tele-sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays within a 5.5 hour working week.
Qualifications:
- Preferably an ITE NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma qualified candidate with 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Freshers who are keen to understand and build a career in the Real Estate industry / Prop-tech industry are also considered.
