Job Title: Financial Transaction Manager

About the Role

The Financial Transaction Manager plays a vital role in managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.

  • Process invoices and payments for trade vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare supporting documents for trade facility applications while adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor invoices without Goods Received Notes (GRN) and coordinate with the Sales Team to resolve discrepancies.
  • Track advance payments to vendors until invoices are matched to GRN and posted in the ERP system.
  • Post all trade accounts payable transactions to the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Reconcile vendor statements of accounts with ERP records, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Address year-end audit inquiries related to accounts payable, providing clear and concise explanations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum Higher NITEC in Accounting or equivalent accounting certification is required.
  • Individuals without experience are encouraged to apply as training is provided to ensure successful onboarding.
