Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Professional to join our team as a Financial Transaction Manager. This is a vital role that requires strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
This position involves managing the company's financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate records of all financial activities. Your key responsibilities will include preparing and processing accounts receivable and payable transactions, reconciling supplier statements, and assisting in managing daily cash flow and bank transactions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process AR and AP transactions, including invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain proper records.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in managing daily cash flow and bank transactions.
  • Maintain the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
  • A Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and MS Excel.
  • Good understanding of GST regulations and financial reporting standards in Singapore.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
