This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of small pack filling lines. The successful candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production by managing operators, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams, and meeting production targets, safety standards, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the small pack filling line to ensure adherence to production schedules and targets.">
  • Oversee changeovers, set-ups, and start-ups to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.">
  • Monitor line performance and take corrective actions to resolve bottlenecks, stoppages, or equipment malfunctions.">
  • Supervise, train, and coach line operators to build skills, efficiency, and engagement.">
  • Assign daily tasks and manage shift rotations to ensure adequate manpower coverage.">
  • Foster a safety-first and quality-focused culture among team members.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:">

To be successful in this role, you should have a diploma or bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. You will also need 3-7 years of experience in a production/filling/packaging environment, preferably in lubricants, chemicals, or FMCG. Prior experience leading a small team in a manufacturing setting is essential.
